Name: Tidus Lennox Social Class: Middle Age: 19 Occupation: Member of AVALANCHE, bartender at Seventh Heaven Character past/History: Tidus grew up feeling like his parents didn't care about him. He was a very emotional child. When he was small, the littlest things brought him to tears. His dad would scold him about it, but, as Tidus grew older, he gradually changed. He decided that he would look for the best in things -- all things -- even if he knows it's hopeless. He became someone who could be considered blindly optimistic, but he's satisfied that way. He never liked being called a crybaby, or anything of the sort. He did, however, like to have people notice him. Tidus would do things to make people laugh, or even look his way. He's always been an attention grabber, and continues to be. He's always got a thumbs up for something that will make other people happy. With this personality change, he also became someone who goes out of his way to make others smile. The older he got, the more Tidus noticed about Gilgamesh City. He began to realize things about the city that he never quite paid attention to when he was smaller. As a child, he only noticed that he could have fun with the other kids around him. As a young adult, he noticed that there were many kids who were so busy trying to find places to live and food to eat that they couldn't have any fun. It was unnerving to the blonde, and he sought out ways to change this. That was about when he found out about AVALANCHE, a group that seemed to believe in everything that he did. Though the group tends to start riots and such, Tidus agrees with what they're working for -- peace. Peace for everyone, safety for everyone. Even if it means they have to fight for the better, he thinks it's worth it. He thinks that the upper class -- especially Alexander -- need to be put in their places. While his hate isn't as strong as the rest of AVALANCHE, he definitely isn't fond of them. Now, he works wherever he can, has a small place of his own, and lives to make the world a better place. Of course, this doesn't mean that he doesn't slack off once in a while, nor does it change the fact that Tidus loves having fun. Other notes: Tidus sometimes becomes extremely dramatic. His childish side comes out occasionally, so at times he's overly depressed. He tries his best to be happy, though, and most of the time he's completely simple minded.
